Q1: What is a Hosted PBX and how can I benefit from it?
A1: A Hosted PBX phone system replaces your current phone service provider and phone system equipment. All you need to have is a high speed internet connection. Phone system features and functionality are provided as part of a bundled monthly service without having to purchase costly equipment. This means that you do not need to buy or maintain any phone system equipment as it is included in our monthly service. This allows your business to reduce your communications expenses while increasing your ability to effectively communicate. Also, this allows your company to easily integrate more advanced communications tools without making a capital investment or being responsible for maintaining expensive communications equipment.

Q2: Can I keep my existing phone and fax numbers?
A2: Yes, we can transfer your existing voice and fax numbers to our platform. We can also provide new local numbers and toll free numbers if needed.

Q3: Is it expensive to get started with a hosted PBX?
A3: Not at all, since there is no equipment to purchase, all that is required is your first month's service payment and a nominal equipment deposit equal to approximately one month's service.

Q4: What is included with the hosted PBX monthly service?
A4: Our hosted PBX is an all-inclusive package that includes unlimited local and domestic long distance calling, robust calling features such as auto attendants, voice mail for all users, voice mail to email, multi-location and offsite user support. Click here to view a complete list of the robust features our hosted PBX offers. We also provide free set up and ongoing support as well as all of the executive style phone equipment that is needed as part of our monthly service.

Q5: What type of Internet connection do I need?
A5: Our service requires a high speed Internet connection such as; Cable Internet, U-Verse, Fiber Internet or a T1 line. *Please feel free to contact us to discuss whether your current Internet connection is sufficient.

Q6: What happens to my calls if my Internet connection fails?
A6: If the Internet connection at your office were to fail, all of your inbound calls would still be processed through your hosted PBX and would ultimately make it to your voicemail just as if you did not answer your phone or you were on the other line. Your voicemails would then be delivered to you in the method of your choosing (presumably VM to Email). It works this way because your actual phone system is located in our state-of-the-art data center NOT your office. The Internet outage would cause the phones at your office to not connect, but the issue would be transparent to inbound callers and they would not know anything was wrong.

Q7: Do I need to purchase all new phone equipment?
A7: No, we provide you with an executive level VoIP phone system as part of your monthly service. You are not purchasing this equipment so there is no large upfront investment.

"The ARC of Martin County has recently had the pleasure of utilizing Level 4 Telcom to implement our new Voice Over IP phone system for our new administrative offices.

In the past, we have found that dealing with different phone vendors and service providers to be a very stressful process. Bryan Gardner and the team at Level 4 Telcom made the transition to our new offices very smooth.".More...
